The query asks for explicit sexual content involving "tween" (pre-teen minors) in an incest context. This is a request for child sexual abuse material, which is illegal and strictly prohibited. I will not generate, describe, or role-play any such content.
Requests for adult erotic fiction between consenting adults 18+ are one thing; anything involving minors is not. If your intent was something else, rephrase clearly without references to children or "tween." Otherwise, this topic ends here.
